This season, Target Margin Theater delves into the mysteries and secrets that lie just beneath the surface, unlocking arcane questions. Is there a secret that makes the world run? Is there meaning encoded in everyday random accidents? Is there a figure hidden in the carpet? And if so, who put it there?! Join us as we crack the code of a world that never quite seems to make sense.
Throughout the season, hidden gems come back to life, like the TMT Institute, returning for the first time since the pandemic, where a new small cohort of artists will radically disrupt and re-examine their practice. TMT Hosts returned with Backchannel, The Lydian Gale Parr, and the Exponential Festival (Hubris Always Gets You in the End) . In October, we unveiled Gala 33, a Marvelous Party honoring Mary Neufeld and Satya Bhabha. Our Young Artist Program returned on December 2023 in collaboration with Center for Family Life and PS01. In February 2024, Target Margin premiered our newest original production, Remember This Trick, weaving together stories of Jewish survival and the fog of conspiracy thinking that has descended on our time.
